We are looking for an organised, proactive and professional Band 3 Team Administrator to support our Liaison & Diversion and Reconnect services.
This is a varied role providing high-quality administrative support across busy criminal justice services working with people in police custody, courts, probation, prisons and the community.
You will help coordinate appointments, meetings, correspondence, records, data, reports and day-to-day team processes, while supporting managers and clinicians with key administrative tasks. You will also help maintain accurate information relating to activity, sickness, annual leave and service performance, and may act as a point of contact for colleagues, partner agencies and other services.
You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic record systems, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.

The Team Administrator will provide high-quality administrative support across the Liaison & Diversion and Reconnect services, helping both teams to run smoothly, efficiently and professionally.
Key duties will include arranging meetings and appointments, preparing agendas and taking minutes, managing correspondence, maintaining accurate electronic records, supporting data collection and reporting, and responding to telephone and email enquiries. The postholder will also support day-to-day staff administration, including annual leave, sickness recording, training information and other workforce processes.
The role will involve regular liaison with clinicians, managers, police, probation, prison staff, other partner agencies and wider Trust services, ensuring information is communicated accurately and handled confidentially.
You will use Microsoft Office and electronic patient record systems to support service activity, maintain databases and produce routine reports. You will need to manage competing priorities, resolve routine queries using initiative and escalating issues appropriately.
The postholder will work closely with other administrative colleagues, provide cover when required, support new starters and contribute to improving administrative systems and processes across L&D and Reconnect.

The Team Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support across the Liaison & Diversion and Reconnect services, ensuring an efficient, responsive and professional service.
Responsibilities will include coordinating meetings and appointments, preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes, producing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and other documentation, and maintaining effective electronic records and filing systems.
The postholder will respond to telephone and email enquiries, liaise with clinicians, managers, police, probation, prison colleagues, partner agencies and wider Trust services, and ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled appropriately.
The role will include supporting the accurate collection, input and reporting of service activity and performance information, alongside administrative support for annual leave, sickness, training, recruitment and other workforce processes.
The postholder will use initiative to organise and prioritise their workload, resolve routine issues and elevate concerns appropriately. They will work closely with other administrative colleagues, provide cover when required, support new starters and contribute to the development and improvement of administrative systems across both services.
