Due to expansion, a rewarding opportunity has arisen where we are looking for a reliable, organised and enthusiastic person with a strong work ethic to join our committed administration team in Children & Young People (CYP) Services for 37.5 hours per week working at the new Millenium Lodge Secure Children's Home on the outskirts of Sleaford.
You will have a strong work ethic and be a key member of a friendly developing administration team providing a high standard of administration support and participating in service development and user care. You will also be responsible for contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the office to include referral processing, typing and formatting of correspondence, and other data requirements using clinical systems, Word, Excel, and Microsoft teams. There will be a requirement for note taking and other requirements of supporting a meeting.

To undertake secretarial administration duties in support of clinical and non-clinical activity in the CYP Service ensuring administrative support is available to management and members of the team as appropriate.
This will include, but is not limited to:
Inputting referrals and data onto the clinical system.
Navigating and updating clinical systems and electronic databases.
Gathering information.
Help support with any rota coordination
Typing/formatting letters and correspondence using audio/copy typing and word processing systems.
Diary management.
Help to assist with data monitoring using excel and Power BI housekeeping reports.
