This is a 6-month contract, and the person will be required on site 5 days a week in Greenwich. The Team Administrator will provide effective administrative support to the senior team and manage administration and day-to-day operational needs.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the on-boarding process for new employees.
  • Coordinating IT requirements for the team.
  • Recording holiday/sick leave.
  • Maintaining accurate filing and archiving systems in accordance with QA procedures.
  • Coordinating phone calls & correspondence (e-mail and letters).
  • Organizing internal meetings and booking of meeting rooms.
  • Managing multiple diaries and emails on behalf of directors and the senior team.
  • Ensuring meetings are planned, organized, and accurate actions/minutes are recorded.
  • Producing highly accurate documents in line with templates and quality requirements (e.g., presentations, minutes, and reports).
  • Organizing events/workshops.
  • Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and sharing responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience of IT skills covering Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated typing skills/ability.
  • Proven relevant experience in an office management or senior administrator capacity.
  • PA experience (i.e., diary management and arranging travel).

You’ll also have:

  • Experience with web-based applications/software.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry.
