Job Description:

Are you a Team Assistant keen to be part of London’s most dynamic and fast-paced investment firms?

You will be joining the global research division as a team assistant supporting MD, Senior associates, and VPs. This is an extremely supportive and collaborative environment, working with ambitious assistants in London and globally across Asia and America.

You will be highly organized, proactive, and possess sharp communication skills to ensure smooth operations. This is a driven and unified team where your contributions will truly matter.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience as an Assistant, ideally in the investment sector, including Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, or professional services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Extensive calendar management for MD level and wider team support
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls
  • Organizing international travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation
  • Providing support to colleagues as needed

Additional details:

  • Temporary to permanent position
  • In-office: 5 days a week
  • Working hours: 8 am - 6 pm
  • Salary: £26 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay
