Role overview:

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Hand Book are adhered to.
2. Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
3. Conduct daily, weekly, monthly safety checks. Report and chase all defects, to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
4. Recruit and manage a team of employed Fitness Coaches and General Assistants to ensure the club is operational cover to ensure daily expectations are delivered.
5. Hold regular team meetings to aid development and keep everyone updated.
6. Work towards and aim to achieve all sales and membership targets that are set.
7. Drive and maximise secondary spend revenue.
8. Ensure the whole of the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
9. Ensure the in-house cleaners (General Assistant) are cleaning to the highest standard.
10. Manage the weekly banking process so that wastage and variance is minimal, therefore maximising profit.
11. Ensure uniform standards are being adhered to by all team members and yourself.
12. Always deliver outstanding member service.
13. Help create an environment where the team enjoy themselves whilst at work.
14. Always be an ambassador of JD Gyms.
