Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Administrative Support role within the Community Therapy Team - North in Horsham. You will assist with daily admin, data recording, minute taking, and support during MDT meetings to help patients remain independent at home.
The role supports Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists and involves managing paperwork, data input, and correspondence using Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with flexible working options where available.
The Community Therapy Team - North provides clinical interventions by a team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists alongside therapy support staff following an assessment of needs, to support rehabilitation and preventing hospital admission.
The service receives referrals from a range of health and care professionals and triages, assesses and provides intervention to the patient to ensure the patient can remain safely and independently at home.
The post holder will provide administrative support to the service to ensure the effective day to day running and outcomes for patients.
