Job summary

Chichester College Group in Crawley, England, seeks a Teaching & Learning Manager for Sport, Public Services and Care to lead curriculum delivery and drive high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, while deputising for the Head of Learning to ensure exceptional student outcomes across diverse programmes.

You will lead outstanding curriculum delivery, drive development and quality improvements, and build high-performing teams with strong industry partnerships and resource management.

Qualifications

• Proven record of teaching and assessment to a consistently high standard, including the use of technology.
• Teaching experience within Further Education.
• Proven record of trialling new developments within own teaching & learning and supporting the development of others.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum and teaching and learning including sector priorities, proven through continuing professional development.
• Certificate in Education or Postgraduate Certificate in Education, or equivalent.
