Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is seeking a HeppSY Project Lead to drive higher education progression across South Yorkshire. You will lead operational delivery, cohort tracking, and partnership coordination for the HeppSY/Uni Connect programme.

The role involves delivering targeted outreach, impartial guidance, and aspiration-raising activities to reduce participation gaps in HE and HTQ pathways. Based mainly in Rotherham with travel to other colleges.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering careers education, advice, and guidance (IAG) in FE/HE or secondary environments.
• Experience designing interactive group sessions and large-scale student events.
• Knowledge of widening participation priorities and post-18 pathways.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver core HeppSY interventions including Your Future Week workshops and masterclasses.
• Coordinate cohort management for WP learners and track engagements.
• Provide 1:1 and group careers information and UCAS guidance, and HTQ enrolments.
• Monitor surveys, log interactions in MIS, and contribute to evaluations.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Teams and university outreach partners to embed activities.
