Overall Purpose of the Job:
Under the direction of the Project Co-Ordinator in the School of Engineering, the post holder will support the efficient and effective implementation, coordination, and maintenance of several Teaching, Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) projects, operational processes, and priorities across the School of Engineering. Key projects may include accreditation, the TLSE SharePoint site, and archiving. The role involves supporting budgeting and office processes, as well as collaborating with other teaching and learning teams such as Assessment and Progression, Curriculum and Programmes, and Appeals, Complaints, and Discipline. Knowledge and experience of Teaching and Learning administration are desirable.
The post holder will liaise with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, coordinate meetings and events, and support project activities. Flexibility and adaptability are essential in this dynamic environment, along with a proactive and positive approach to establish good rapport with stakeholders.
