A leading university in Manchester seeks a proactive individual to support various Teaching, Learning, and Student Experience projects. The role involves coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational support within the School of Engineering, offering a dynamic work environment and excellent benefits.
Under the direction of the Project Co-Ordinator in the School of Engineering, the post holder will support the efficient and effective implementation, coordination, and maintenance of several Teaching, Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) projects, operational processes, and priorities across the School of Engineering. Key projects may include accreditation, the TLSE SharePoint site, and archiving. Key operational activities include providing support for budgeting and office processes. The postholder will also support other teaching and learning teams (Assessment and Progression, Curriculum and Programmes, and Appeals, Complaints, and Discipline) with their activities. Knowledge and experience of Teaching and Learning administration are desirable.
You will liaise with a variety of internal colleagues and external stakeholders, coordinate meetings and events, and undertake project support work under their direction. You will work flexibly, managing activities related to TLSE projects and operational requirements.
