Job summary

Connex Education in Bath is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our flexible primary staffing pool. If you enjoy varied day-to-day supply, longer placements, or work that fits around your commitments, we have opportunities to suit your availability.

You will support pupils in different classrooms, work with teachers to help learners reach their potential, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment across several local primary schools.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience.
• Experience supporting children within a primary school setting is beneficial.
• Genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school environments.
• Commitment to equality, inclusion, and diversity.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.

Rate of Pay: £93–£115 per day
