Job summary

The Pinchbeck East Church of England Primary Academy in Spalding is seeking two full-time Teaching Assistants to work 31.25 hours per week across 39 weeks per year. The fixed-term roles run until 31 August 2027 and are graded 3, points 6–9.

The school is committed to safeguarding and providing a supportive team environment. Candidates should be dedicated, caring and enthusiastic with excellent communication and team-working skills, and be able to support phonics.

Qualifications

31.25 hours per week - 39 weeks per year including five inset days.

Grade 3, point 6-9

Pinchbeck East C of E Primary Academy are currently seeking to appoint two experienced, motivated and enthusiastic full time (31.25 hours per week) Fixed-Term Teaching Assistant. (fixed until 31.08.2027) .

Has good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent) and NVQ 2 (or equivalent) Teaching Assistant Qualification.
