Job summary

Empowering Learning is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support primary pupils across Hull and the surrounding areas. You’ll work in friendly schools, with flexible full-time, part-time, long-term and day-to-day placements to suit your lifestyle.

We welcome applicants with or without TA qualifications, offering ongoing training, dedicated consultants, and a straightforward registration process to help you start quickly and confidently in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable).
• Caring, patient and passionate about supporting learning.
• Ability to work well in a team and build relationships with pupils and staff.
• Flexible and reliable with a commitment to helping every child reach potential.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom activities and assist teachers in delivering lessons.
• Support pupil learning and behaviour management where required.
• Assist across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as needed.
