Empowering Learning in Hull is actively recruiting Teaching Assistants to support young learners across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in a variety of friendly primary schools. If you’re caring, enthusiastic and dedicated, we’d love to hear from you.

We offer flexible full-time, part-time, long-term and day-to-day roles with ongoing training and professional development, supportive consultants who help place you in the right role, and a straightforward registration process throughout placements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential).
• Be patient, caring and passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
• Able to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Adaptable, reliable and committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
• Teaching Assistant qualification or transferable experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support young learners to thrive in primary schools across Hull in EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Assist teachers in classrooms and provide during activities and routines.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance practice.
