Ormiston Cliff Park Primary Academy in Great Yarmouth is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team. The role is 30 hours per week, term time plus 5 staff development days (39 weeks) for a fixed term until August 2027, working alongside the class teacher to support children achieving their potential.

You will assist across Inclusion and the Early Years Foundation Stage, with experience in early language development considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting early language development.
• Experience in Inclusion and Early Years Foundation Stage support.
• Ability to adapt practice to support children of all ages.

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team who are dedicated to providing the best possible opportunities to our students.The role is offered working 30 hours per week, term time plus 5 staff development days (39 working weeks) for a fixed term until August 2027.
As our Teaching Assistant, in liaison with the class teacher, you will work with children to target identified learning needs, providing practical support in the classroom supporting our children to achieve their potential. You will be supporting our work in Inclusion and across the Early Year Foundation Stage, experience with supporting early language development would also be advantageous.
You will have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every child and be able to relate to children and adults within the learning environment and be versatile, resilient and able to adapt your practice wherever necessary to support children of all ages.
