Job summary

Ormiston Cliff Park Primary Academy in England is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The role is 30 hours per week, term time plus five staff development days (39 weeks) on a fixed term to August 2027.

Working with the class teacher, you will support children to target identified learning needs, providing practical help in the classroom and supporting learning across Inclusion and the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.
• Experience supporting inclusion and early language development is advantageous.

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team who are dedicated to providing the best possible opportunities to our students.The role is offered working 30 hours per week, term time plus 5 staff development days (39 working weeks) for a fixed term until August 2027.

As our Teaching Assistant, in liaison with the class teacher, you will work with children to target identified learning needs, providing practical support in the classroom supporting our children to achieve their potential. You will be supporting our work in Inclusion and across the Early Year Foundation Stage, experience with supporting early language development would also be advantageous.

You will have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every child and be able to relate to children and adults within the learning environment and be versatile, resilient and able to adapt your practice wherever necessary to support children of all ages.
