Job summary

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) is seeking two motivated Teaching Assistants to support two children in our school (KS1/KS2) at Fradley Park. Fixed term for 3 years, part time, 25 hours per week, term time only plus 5 INSET days.

You will have experience of supporting learning within a school and a good understanding of English, Maths and SEND strategies, with a patient, caring approach and commitment to milestones.

Salary: Grade 2 SCP 4: £26,016 per annum pro rata

Actual salary: £15,187.20 per annum

Working with an individual child with specific needs, the successful candidates will have experience of supporting learning within a school and bring a good understanding of areas of learning such as English, Maths and SEND strategies. With a friendly, caring yet professional approach, you will have the ability to respond to learning needs, demonstrating patience and commitment to milestones.
