Job summary

Keep Education is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils with learning activities in Welwyn Garden City. You will assist teachers with lesson preparation, manage classrooms, and support pupils including those with SEND.

The role offers flexible hours, competitive daily rates, access to FREE CPD and training, and a dedicated consultant to support you. You will help maintain pupil welfare and communicate effectively with school staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Experience supporting pupils in mainstream or SEND classrooms.
• Familiarity with classroom routines and behaviour management.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
