Job summary

Education Supply Pool are recruiting Teaching Assistants to support day to day, short-term and long-term positions on behalf of schools based in Tredegar and its surrounding areas.

We are looking for someone FULL TIME who is a Teaching Assistant with a minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education or experience working within an education setting. Owning a valid UK Driver’s License and having access to a vehicle would widen job opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience inside a UK Primary or Secondary classroom or teaching assistant environment with the correct Education and Training.
• Assist with preparing lessons in all areas of the school curriculum with consideration of varied levels of student abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
• Provide simulating activities whilst ensuring hygiene and safety rules.
• Maintain a supportive and clean classroom environment.
• Be attentive to the unique needs of each student and be able to identify proper solutions when children encounter issues.
• Great communication skills to collaborate with other teachers and families when needed.

We are looking for someone FULL TIME who is a Teaching Assistant with a minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education or experience working within an education setting. Someone with specific background in Education, who has obtained a minimum of 3 months experience working inside a classroom either a Primary or Secondary school environment.
