Job summary

Realise UK is seeking an educator to support learners toward their qualifications across Doncaster, via hubs, community venues, or online. You will manage a caseload, remove barriers to achievement, and work with recruitment and QA teams to sustain high outcomes.

• Inspire and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals.
• Teaching experience with knowledge of SEND, Autism and Forest Schools desirable.
• Recent frontline operational experience relevant to the qualifications delivered.
• Occupational competency in subject(s) taught, and commitment to maintaining this.
• UK driving licence, own vehicle, and willingness to travel as needed.
• Some evening work may be required (discussed at interview).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with learner recruitment and quality assurance teams to ensure best practices, curriculum improvement, and high achievement rates.
• Handle post-enrolment administration, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and timely paperwork submission.
• Monitor learner attendance, conduct assessments, provide feedback, finalize marking, and invigilate exams where required.
• Maintain professional competency through CPD, embed Safeguarding and British Values, and participate in external quality assurance activities.
• Represent Realise professionally at events, engaging with learners, employers, and referral partners like Jobcentre Plus.

Education

Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS)

Assessing qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32, D33)

Job description

Your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals and achieve their qualifications. As the first point of contact for learners, you will provide the guidance and motivation that they need to flourish throughout their learning journey with Realise.

Where will I be based?

This role will involve travel around the Doncaster region. This will be discussed with you at interview stage.

The Salary

• If you are a Trainee with no teaching or assessing qualifications – £25,000
• If you have either your teaching or assessing qualification – £26,500
• If you have both your teaching and assessing qualifications – £28,000
