St Peter's Catholic Primary School in Manchester is seeking an enthusiastic HLTA to provide classroom support and to prepare and deliver lessons to groups and whole classes in the teacher's planned absence.
The post is permanent and full time, starts 1 September 2026, with salary £29,064 per annum; applicants should have HLTA or be working towards a qualification and will be subject to DBS checks. Closing date 4th September 2027 and references/ right to work checks apply.

We are looking for an enthusiastic HLTA with a positive outlook to provide general classroom support and prepare and deliver lessons to groups and whole classes in the planned absence of the teacher, for example to cover PPA or leadership duties.
The post holder will work under the supervision and direction of class teachers, working with individual pupils, small groups and the whole class.
