Job summary

Rivermead Primary School in Normanton on Trent is seeking a Teaching Assistant/HLTA to support learning across our inclusive school.

The role is part-time (25 hours per week during term time) with a competitive salary and BPET benefits; successful applicants will join a dedicated team and contribute to personalised learning for all pupils. Start date is 21 September 2026 and closing date is 28 August 2026.

Qualifications

  • HLTA with experience supporting learning in a primary setting is desirable.
  • Ability to contribute to personalised learning and adapt to individual pupil needs.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and working within BPET values.

Teaching Assistant/HLTA

Salary: £26,792 FTE

Contract: Part time - 25 hours, term time only
