Job summary

TeachMatch in Swindon is recruiting several Teaching Assistants to join a supportive school from October 2026 for a September temporary long-term placement. These full-time roles support students with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH, with ongoing guidance from a dedicated education consultant.

Opportunities exist for long-term or permanent placement and a welcoming team. Applicants should have SEN experience, patient and resilient approach, and robust behaviour

Qualifications

• Experience working in an SEN or mainstream school environment.
• Patient, caring and resilient approach.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).
