Academics in Swindon are seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with a range of additional needs, helping them build confidence, participate in lessons, and develop communication and independence. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN Assistant, Support Worker, Childcare Worker or Youth Worker would be useful, although relevant experience is not essential.
