Job summary

Chiltern Way Academy Wendover is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support learning across a specialist provision in Stoke Poges. You will work with individuals and small groups to help pupils progress, promote positive behaviour and contribute to a calm and supportive classroom environment.

The role involves assisting with planning and preparation, building strong relationships with students and staff, and supporting overall student wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Patient, flexible and enthusiastic environment.
• GCSE English & Maths at grade C or above preferred.
• NVQ Level 2 is desirable for support roles.
