Job summary

Arden College is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join our Education team. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting pupils with their work and supporting behaviour while modelling good conduct.

We offer DBS paid, ongoing training, and a cycle-to-work scheme. Arden College has two sites in Southport and focuses on students aged 16–25 with autism and other complex needs.

Qualifications

• Resilience and flexibility to support pupils with varying needs.

• Assist the class teacher with pupil learning and tasks.
