Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to deliver essential social, emotional and academic support to pupils with SEMH needs, enabling them to progress in a supportive school environment. The role is full-time, term-time only, with hours 08:30–15:55, Monday to Friday, starting in September.

The successful candidate will have 3–6 months experience in school settings or related care backgrounds and a valid driver's license for rural travel.

Qualifications

This position will require experience of previous SEMH school / foster caring / children's home or similar as pupils are likely to display behaviour that challenges.

We operate a strict no-sponsorship policy; all applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 03:55 PM, Full time and term time - full academic year.
