Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work across Louth and surrounding areas in Lincolnshire. We have varied opportunities from September 2026 on both full-time and part-time basis to suit your experience and availability.

You will support children to reach their potential, with flexible placement across primary, secondary and SEND settings, working alongside experienced staff and adhering to safeguarding requirements. DBS and Update Service checks are preferred.

• Experience with children or transferable skills from relevant background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development.
• Flexible to work across a range of primary, secondary and SEND schools.

Vision for Education are looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic, flexible and caringTeaching Assistantto work in our welcoming client schools across Louth and the surrounding areas. We have a variety of opportunities available from September 2026 on both a full-time and part-time basis to suit your experience, availability and career aspirations.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential. Whether you have previous experience working in schools or transferable skills gained through care, support work, youth work, nursery, coaching or customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to make a positive difference in the classroom while working alongside experienced teaching staff.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, you will:
