Woodside Academy is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support pupils in our Early Years and Primary phases. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of working with children with special needs, including autism.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of working with children with special needs, including autism.
• Experience in Early Years, Primary or Special settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across Early Years and Primary phases.
• Contribute to bespoke CPD and training opportunities.
• Deliver tailored and personalised learning programmes for children with SEND.
