Qualifikationen

• Experience of working effectively either within a school environment or directly with children and young people.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet business needs.
• Willingness to undertake necessary training to assist students, including safeguarding requirements.

Aufgaben

• Assist in implementing planned learning activities and monitor student progress.
• Support SEND and EAL students and help develop individual plans.
• Provide welfare support and assist with social and emotional well-being.
• Cover and assist in intervention settings and during educational visits and examinations.
