The role initially supports our ARP, with opportunities across classroom support, intervention delivery for SEND and EAL students, and helping develop personalised student support plans.

• Work directly with teachers to implement tailored learning activities and provide essential academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups.
• Initially assist within our Alternative Resource Provision (ARP); role also encompasses other classroom support, intervention delivery (including for SEND and EAL students) and helping develop individualised student support plans.
