To be considered for this position, all applicants must meet the following requirements:

* Ideal candidates will be flexible, resilient, and have a positive approach to supporting learners with SEN
* Relevant experience/knowledge of UK SEN settings (desirable)
* Own transport due to the school's location
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
* Eligibility to work in the UK

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

* Conducting individualised teaching sessions with assigned pupils on a daily basis
* Collecting and recording data on delivered programs as instructed by the Class Leader or Lead Tutor
* Participating in and helping instruct pupils during extra-curricular activities
* Supervising indoor/outdoor playtime and lunch on a rota basis
* Contributing to the production, organisation, and maintenance of appropriate curricular and teaching materials
* Providing personal care when required (e.g., toileting, nappy changing, and feeding) for pupils within the school
* Working as part of a classroom team to provide behaviour based instruction to children with autism and related communication disorders
