As a Teaching Assistant, you will engage directly with pupils, helping them maximize their educational potential. You will prepare learning materials, facilitate classroom activities, and support their emotional and physical needs, encouraging personal development and engagement with the world.
Supporting pupils with complex SEMH needs is rewarding work. You will benefit from the support of our experienced teams and see the positive impact of your efforts on their lives.
We welcome candidates with GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths, and some experience with SEN and within a school setting.
You should be adaptable, ready to work in various classroom roles indoors and outdoors, responding to individual needs with a caring approach. Your duties may include running classroom activities, leading outdoor experiences, or supervising pupils in different environments.
