TeachMatch in Gloucester is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis, working closely with the class teacher to help pupils access learning, build confidence and thrive both socially and academically.

This full-time term-time role starts September 2026 and includes ongoing training, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to make a real impact on pupils' development and well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEND.
