Job summary

North Ridge High School in Manchester seeks a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs. You will work with a close-knit class of around 10–12 pupils across lessons and activities, helping them develop confidence, independence and social skills tailored to their needs.

This role focuses on enabling every child to shine, with a positive, caring ethos and strong teamwork. You will contribute to their journey beyond school and play a key part in preparing them
