Role: Teaching Assistant- SEN

Location: Pulborough

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs.
• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering adapted learning activities.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.
• Help create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and SENCOs.
• Foster independence and confidence in all learners.
