Job description

Axcis Education is currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in Chingford (E4) to support secondary students with SEMH. This role will begin after the Easter break.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, addressing their individual learning needs.
2. Assist teachers in delivering lesson plans and facilitating classroom activities.
3. Help manage classroom behaviour and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

A valid DBS and previous experience working with SEMH and challenging behaviour are essential.

Hours: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Both part-time and full-time options are available.
