Job summary

Rodney House School is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will support young people in their learning, help make education enjoyable, think on their feet, and value the role of play in development.

Key duties include assisting students with complex learning needs, applying specialist communication approaches, and promoting a positive, inclusive classroom. DBS checks and right to work documentation will be required.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a professional, dynamic and flexible Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate should be passionate about supporting young people in their learning and be able to make learning fun, think on their feet, and understand the importance of play.
