Job summary

Axcis Education in Seven Kings seeks a dedicated mainstream Teaching Assistant to support SEND pupils and assist classroom learning on a daily basis.

You will work with class teachers and the SENDCo to plan, deliver, and assess personalised learning programmes, monitor progress and contribute to reviews and planning meetings. This is a full-time, term-time only role starting November 2026 at Seven Kings Primary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children with SEND, ideally within a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of inclusive education practices and SEND strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
• Familiarity with EHCPs and intervention tracking.
