Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant in Chorley

Axcis Education is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant for a long-term role in the Chorley area, supporting students with additional needs in a mainstream primary school. The school has a significant intake of KS1 students with needs such as autism, MLD, ADHD, and SEMH difficulties.

The position is full-time, starting in September, and runs for the full academic year. Candidates should be confident in behaviour management, hardworking, empathetic, and a team player. Prior childcare and SEND experience are preferred. The school hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The pay rate starts at £96 per day.
