Job summary

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Primary School in Rottingdean, Brighton, is seeking a Teaching Assistant (Level D) to deliver MFL lessons on Tuesdays during term time. The role runs 8:30am–11:00am and 2:00pm–3:30pm, with a fixed-term contract and 47.36 paid weeks per year.

The successful candidate will be reliable, flexible within the PPA Team and committed to safeguarding children. Start date as soon as possible; closing date 9 October 2026; interview 14 or 15 October (tbc).

About the Role

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Primary School is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant (Level D) to deliver MFL lessons on Tuesdays (term time only). The hours will be 8.30am to 11am and 2pm to 3.30pm. Our ideal candidate will be reliable, have a flexible approach to working within our PPA Team and be committed to the safeguarding and welfare of the children within our school.
