Job summary

St Luke's Church of England Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support learning in the mornings, 16.25 hours per week, across 38 weeks per year. The role is fixed term until 31 July 2027 and supports a caring, Christian ethos within a 2-form entry school near Northampton.

The successful candidate will work with teachers to create an engaging learning environment, assist with pastoral care, and uphold safeguarding standards for all pupils.

• Able to work with the teacher to adapt the learning environment to pupils' needs.
• Capable of flexible, independent work and showing initiative.
