Job summary

A Teaching Assistant position at Axcis Education in Hockley, Essex, is available part-time from 8:30am to 12:30pm, starting 2 November. You will support teachers to deliver engaging lessons and help students access the curriculum, promoting independence and confidence.

Job description

Teaching Assistant - part time • Hockley

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in a school based in Hockley.

The hours will be 8:30am - 12:30pm starting from the 2nd of November.

The Teaching Assistant will work in partnership with teachers to support students’ learning, progress and attainment, helping them achieve their full potential. The role involves supporting access to the curriculum, promoting independence, building self-esteem and encouraging positive behaviour and social inclusion.

In addition, you must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role.
