Teaching Assistant - Maternity Cover (June 25 - June 26)

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work as part of our friendly team, supporting the learning of all children at Trinity Road Primary School in our inclusive community. We seek candidates with experience in childcare or education settings.

The role involves working with individuals, groups, and whole classes of children across different classes or age groups, depending on learners' needs. Candidates should be flexible, open-minded, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for children. This role offers a valuable opportunity to understand child development and academic progress.

Requirements include:

• A commitment to meeting the needs of all pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs and English as an additional language.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across the school.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with senior leaders, teachers, and families.
