Job summary

Charters School in Ascot is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to join our large, supportive team. You will work closely with classroom teachers to support learning opportunities across the school and help students reach their potential.

Responsibilities include delivering literacy, numeracy and social–emotional sessions, providing clear explanations, and encouraging independent learning. The role may involve personal care; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication to support independent learning.
• Encouragement and clear explanations to help students reach their potential.
• Experience with small group interventions across literacy, numeracy, and social & emotional skills.
• Willingness to provide personal care if required; full training provided.
