Kettering Science Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 3 to support students with SEN, assist with isolated or small group work, and help deliver the curriculum. You will work within a supportive team and contribute to inclusive practices in class and around the school.
The role requires professionalism, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to promote learning and well-being for all students.

Kettering Science Academy requires a Teaching Assistant Level 3, you will have expertise working with students with a range of special educational needs. The successful candidate will be required to work one-to-one, in small groups as well as supporting other students within the school. They will be a well-motivated and compassionate individual capable of working both as part of a bigger team and independently. The successful candidate will join a supportive and friendly team and be experienced in supporting the delivery of the curriculum.
You will be responsible for promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students and show awareness of complying with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection.
We will consider applications from candidates who are currently Level 2 Teaching Assistants and willing to work towards their Level 3 qualification.
