Salford City Council is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join the Swinton site on a permanent basis. The role supports primary-aged children with complex needs in a large Special School environment within The LINK Education Trust, with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
Interviews are scheduled for 29th September 2026. The post requires safeguarding commitments and enhanced DBS checks. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Springwood is a large primary age Special School (375 pupils aged 5 – 11) based over a number of sites, which caters for pupils with moderate, severe and complex needs.
Springwood is part of The LINK Education Trust.
