Job summary

Vision for Education is recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Newmarket to support children with additional needs through 1:1 and small-group work. The role is based in a friendly primary school in the Newmarket area.

You will work as part of a supportive team, helping children develop learning skills and confidence under the guidance of experienced staff, with training and ongoing professional development provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months' recent experience in a school or similar setting.
• Experience supporting children with SEND.
• Must hold a Level 3 childcare/TA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support learning in small groups and 1:1 with children.
• Contribute to plan delivery under guidance of teaching staff.
• Promote children's development and independence in the classroom.

The role

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 childcare/TA qualification
• Has at least 6 months' recent experience in a school or similar setting
• Has experience supporting children with SEND
