Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only

Start Date: September 2025

We are seeking an excellent Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for education to join our vibrant academy. This role offers the opportunity to work in a well-equipped environment where students behave impeccably. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring, innovative, and dynamic individual to become part of a thriving team. You will support a diverse range of pupils, including those with special educational needs, through classroom assistance, one-on-one support, and leading small groups.

Interest in first aid would be advantageous, as the role includes providing first aid support across the academy.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children or working in education
• Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent
• Commitment to raising standards and overcoming barriers to learning
• Drive to ensure each pupil makes accelerated progress
• Ability to develop social, emotional, and interaction skills of pupils
• Ability to build positive relationships and provide appropriate support
• Willingness to work as part of a dedicated team

Role Responsibilities:

• Supporting teaching under the guidance of the class teacher and SENDCo, in small groups and individually, including children with SEND plans
• Assisting in planning and delivering learning programmes to meet individual and group targets
• Monitoring and recording pupil progress and maintaining accurate documentation
• Supporting the implementation of Individual Education and Behaviour Plans
• Building positive relationships with pupils and responding to their individual needs
• Monitoring responses to learning activities and recording achievements
• Participating in professional development activities
