Job Description:

Aspire People are currently working with a school in Ladywood, Birmingham, seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in a resource base setting. The role starts ASAP on a fixed contract, with the possibility of permanence for the right candidate.

The role involves supporting a child with anxiety issues, requiring a calm approach, patience, and encouragement to follow their learning plan.

The school has typical EAL and SEND needs for the area and provides additional support for students with special needs.
